Adding Rooms

All of the rooms you entered into the Nursery Information Form, which was sent to you when you purchased Abacus, will have been added to your system for you.

If you need to add a new room to your Abacus system, please send a message to our Customer Services team: customerservice@parenta.com , submit a support ticket, or give us a call on 0800 002 9242.

To create a new room we require the following information:
  1.  The name of the room you want added
  2.  The days of the week the room is open
  3.  The opening & closing times of the room on each day
  4.  The minimum age of children allowed in the room
  5.  The maximum age of children allowed in the room
  6.  The maximum number of children allowed in the room
  7.  The child to staff ratio for the age bands in the room *
* If your room has mixed staff ratios, simply send us the minimum & maximum ages of children for each ratio e.g.: 6 - 18 months = 2 children to 1 staff member / 19 - 36 months = 4 children to 1 staff member.
