Exporting Data from First Steps

Step 1 - Export your children's information
  1. Log in to your First Steps account.
     2. Click on Registration in the top left corner.

      3. Click Registration Reports.
      4. Click All Children List.
      5. Click Filter By Status and select Registered Only.

      6. Click Export at the bottom.

      7. Search for the file AllChildrenList on your computer once exported. This will be a list of children and their details.



Step 2 - Export your list of contacts
  1. Log in to your First Steps account.
  2. Click on Registration.

      3. Click Registration Reports.

      4. Click Email addresses.

      5. Click Filter By Status and select Registered Only.

      6. Click Export in the bottom left corner.

      7. Search for the file AllChildrenList on your computer once exported. This will be a list of children and their details.
