Editing & Deleting Next Steps

To edit a child's next steps, do the following:

1.  Go to the Next Steps page and locate the next step you need to edit.
   
2.  Click/tap on the Options  button and select the 'Edit' option:
   
   
   
   
3.  The system will display the Next Steps section of the Observation form to allow you to make the necessary changes.
   
4.  Click/tap on the 'Complete Observation' button to save your changes.

To delete a child's next steps, do the following:

1.  Go to the Next Steps page and locate the next step you want to delete.
   
2.  Click/tap on the Options  button and select the 'Delete' option. 
   
3.  An alert will be displayed asking you to confirm that you wish to delete the child's next step:
   
   
   
   
4.  Click/tap on the 'Delete' button. The next step will be deleted; if you view or edit the observation it was previously associated with, the Next Steps section of the form will be blank.
    If you click/tap on the 'Cancel' button the alert will close and the next step will remain in the system.
