The enquiry forms allow direct submission into Abacus from external websites and direct links.

To maintain consistency and security all enquiry forms must be integrated following the instructions below. Do not create or use external forms that attempt to submit data into our system. Our internal APIs are subject to change and we do not support using them directly. We do not provide a public API at this time.
Integration Options
We support two methods for using our enquiry forms:
1. Embedded via iFrame (Recommended for seamless website integration)
Use the following format to embed the form into your website:
This code is subject to change, please refer to this guide to get the latest embed code for your specific form.
You can adjust the height value (height="800"
) on the iframe tag to suit your layout needs, custom styling can affect form height so this make sure to check for this.
2. Direct Link to the Form
If you'd prefer not to embed the form, you can simply link directly to it:

Enquire Now
</a>
Copy the link from the public enquiry form page for the specific nursery, the nursery can provide this to you. See
this guide on how to get to this page as a user.

In the browser address bar add the query parameter editor=true to the specific public form link.

You will now see the editor interface for web designers

Please note: this editor is subject to change and is a beta feature. It may behave unexpectedly so make sure to backup your CSS as you work on it.

Click Reset to template to see the template, which contains most classes that can be customised. The template has some CSS variables included for easy editing, however these do not have to be used if you prefer.
CSS Guidelines
- Do not attempt to style any element that does not have the "custom" class.
- Do not attempt to import external stylesheets, while this may work in the editor, we do not support this and will not accept any CSS file that includes this.
- Do not reference external resources or media, except for low resolution (less than approx ~1080p) images or other graphics. Any graphics should be optimised. (beta)
- Do not use CSS to attempt to alter the functionality of the form beyond the appearance.
- Do not hide error messages. Error messages can still be styled.
Submitting the CSS

Make sure to review your CSS with the editor hidden to make sure it works as expected.
Once complete, click Download CSS File and forward it to the setting/contact for them to forward it to us either by email or by raising a ticket. We will not accept CSS files emailed directly from third parties for security reasons.
Custom fields (beta)
We have the ability by request to add custom fields to a specific enquiry form per setting, please raise a helpdesk ticket with the specific fields you would like to add. These will be appended to the "Notes" field inside the enquiry screen after submission.
