Offline support
Stay connected even when your internet connection is interrupted
with our new offline support feature. You can now continue to navigate to each
page and access information previously loaded without an internet connection.
Refresh data pull down – app only
Enjoy improved usability with our new pull-down app refresh
gesture, only available on the Parent Portal app.
Accounts page improvements
Keep track of a child's balance with ease thanks to our
redesigned accounts page, which now features a new Balance section and a
mobile-friendly design.
Family page improvements
Add
a personalised touch to the user experience with integrated carer and child
images from Abacus.
Parental responsibility
The parental responsibilities section of Parent Portal has been upgraded to a mobile-friendly design.
Parent Portal app conversion
To ensure parents have access to all the great features
available only within the mobile app, we are now displaying an alert with links to
download the Parent Portal app for all Parent Portal website users.
