Newsfeed
The Newsfeed page shows parents a real-time timeline of how a child has spent their day. Dayshare daily diary, Footsteps EYFS observations and accident acknowledgements are all displayed here, alongside any photos or videos that were uploaded.

Accidents and Incidents
The parent will need to acknowledge that they have seen this
accident and/or incident by clicking the acknowledge button in their Parent
Portal.
A message box with be displayed, asking the parent to confirm that they have read and acknowledged the accident/incident. This acknowledgement will be displayed on Abacus in the Accidents/Incidents section.
