Daily Occupancy Summary Report

The Daily Occupancy Summary report is the same as the Detailed Daily Occupancy Report except it shows a breakdown for each hour of the day, instead of 15 minute intervals.

To view the Daily Occupancy Summary report, do the following:

1.  Click on the Reports button. This will display the Reports Menu page:
   
   
   
   
2.  Click on 'General' and select 'Daily Summary Occupancy Report'. 
    This will display the Report Selection page:
   
   
   
   
3.  Choose if you want to run the report for all rooms / specific rooms, or a selected age range.
   
4.  Select the date you want to run the report for. By default the report will run for today's date but you can select a date in the past or a date in the future using the date-picker.
   
5.  Choose if you want to include children who have left or who are on your waiting list.
   
6.  Choose if you want to exclude children from the report who are on holiday or absent. 
   
7.  Click on the 'Go' button.

8.  If you run the report for a room with mixed staff ratios, you will get a report output similar to the one below:
