Detailed Daily Occupancy Report


The Detailed Daily Occupancy report shows a breakdown of the number of children booked-in and the number of spaces available based on the capacity of the room. It also shows the number of staff required to care for the children who are booked-in based on the ratios of the room, broken down into 15 minute intervals. 

To view the Detailed Daily Occupancy report, do the following:
  1.  Click on the Reports button. This will display the Reports Menu page:



  2.  Click on 'General' and select 'Detailed Daily Occupancy Report'. 
     This will display the Report Selection page:



  3.  Choose if you want to run the report for all rooms / specific rooms, or a selected age range.
  4.  Select the date you want the report to start from. By default the report will run for today's date but you can select a date in the past or a date in the future using the date-picker.
  5.  Choose if you want to include children who have left or who are on your waiting list. 
  6.  Choose if you want to exclude children from the report who are on holiday or absent. 
  7.  Click on the 'Go' button.
     An example of the report output is as follows:



  8.  If you run the report for a room with mixed staff ratios, you will get a report output similar to the one below:
