Viewing Enquiries

Viewing Enquiries

To view all of your live, converted and lost enquiries, do the following:

1.  Click on the Families button and select 'Enquiries':
   
   
   
   
2.  By default you will see all of your live enquiries:
   
   
   
   
3.  You can view all of your converted enquiries by selecting the 'Converted' button 
   
4.  You can view all of your lost enquiries by selecting the 'Lost' button
