Viewing Child Details


All registered children in your Abacus system will be displayed on the Children page in Dayshare. Children will be sorted alphabetically by child surname and subsequently by child first name.

For each child you are able to see at a glance whether they attended or were absent today, and whether they have any allergies, dietary requirements, medical conditions or permissions. 



You are able to click/tap on the icons in the 'Allergies', 'Dietary', 'Medical' and 'Permissions' columns to view more information. For example:


You are also able to view extra information about each child and see contact details for their parents/carers by clicking/tapping on the child's name in the table. For example:
