All registered children in your Abacus system
will be displayed on the Children page in Footsteps. Children will be sorted
alphabetically by child surname and subsequently by child first name.
All children with sessions today will be listed in the top
section, whilst children who do not have a session today will be listed in the
‘Not in Today’ section. There are two different way to view the Children
page: Grid view or List view. To change the view of the Children page simply
click/tap on the Grid view button or the List view button in the top right-hand corner of the page.
Grid View
Grid view is our new layout, designed to show you key information at
a glance for all of your children.
In Grid view you can see for each child whether they have any
allergies or medical conditions by clicking/tapping on the button in the top left-hand corner of a
child’s card; the card will flip over to reveal the child’s allergies and/or
medical conditions:
To view further details about a specific child, simply click/tap a
child’s card to display the Child Info page:
List View
List view is our traditional layout, showing you key
information at a glance for all of your children.
