Check delivery status of emails sent



Email Delivery Status

The email status gives the latest activity update on an email using icons, dates and times. While on this page the "Refresh" button needs to be clicked to view the latest status of an email.



There are four icons used within the status column to group the many statuses of an email's journey.

Email status triggers 
 
The email has been sent.
  1. Sent
  2. Delivered
  
The email has been sent and opened.
  1. Opened
  2. Link clicked within the email
  
 There has been a problem with the email.
  1. Bounced
  2. Complaint
  3. Rejected
  4. Delayed

   
 A system error has occurred. 

  1. The system could not send the email due to an error. Please contact Parenta support team. 


Detailed status breakdown

To see more information about the current status of the email's journey, click on the status icon for the respective email.


When clicked on, a modal is opened which gives a summary of all the events/activities that have occurred, including the dates and times. The various status updates that can occur are listed and explained in "The i icon" section below.

The "i" icon   gives information on the full list of email statuses and what they mean.
