Summary Annual Occupancy Report


The Summary Annual Occupancy report shows a 12 month forecast of the expected average occupancy levels for your setting. This report will look at every session booked for every child at your setting and compare the results with the total number of minutes available to book in each room to produce an accurate occupancy forecast.

Please note: Due to the detailed nature of this report, it may take several minutes to calculate.

To view the Summary Annual Occupancy report, do the following:
  1.  Click on the Reports button. This will display the Reports Menu page:



  2.  Click on 'General' and select 'Summary Annual Occupancy'. 
     This will display the Report Selection screen:



  3.  Select the month and year you want the report to run from i.e. if I select March 2020 then the report will run for 12 months from March 2020 to February 2021. 
  4.  Choose if you want to include children who have left or who are on your waiting list in the report calculations. 
  5.  Choose if you want to exclude children who are on holiday or absent from the report calculations. 
  6.  Choose if you want to include a bar chart in the report. 
  7.  Click on the 'Go' button.
