There are two ways of selecting which child/children you wish to run a report for:
Via the Reports Menu page
Via the Reports List page
To select children via the Reports Menu page, do the following:
On the Reports Menu page, click/tap on the 'Run Report' button on a report tile; this will open the 'Run Report' window:
Scroll through the list of children and select the checkbox next to the child / children you wish to run the report for. Once selected, the child's name will appear as a tag in the field at the top of the window. For example:
If you want to run a group report, simply repeat this step until you have selected all of the required children.
Click/tap on the 'Save' button to save your selection and run the report.
Once the report loads you will be able to view the other reports by clicking/tapping on the report names in the menu bar:
To select children via the Reports List page, do the following:
On the Observations Menu page, click/tap on the List View button This will open the Reports List page:
Locate the required child / children by scrolling through the list, using the search tool, or applying a filter to select a specific group of children:
If you are running a report for an individual child, simply click/tap on the button at the end of their row in the table to view their reports.
If you are running a report for a group/cohort of children, select the checkbox next to each child.
Click/tap on the 'Create Group Report' button at the bottom of your screen:
