Saving Certificates


To save a copy of a certificate, do the following:
  1.  Locate the child, whose certificate you wish to save, by scrolling through the list or using the search or filter tools on the Achievements page.
  2.  Click/tap on the numbered circle in the 'Achievements' column. For example:



  3.  Scroll through the child's certificates and click/tap on the one you wish to save. The certificate preview will be displayed:



  4.  Click/tap on the 'Save' button. 
  5.  A .PNG file will begin downloading onto your device.
  6.  Once the file has downloaded, click to open it and choose where you would like the file to be saved on your device.
Saving Group Certificates

Please note: You are only able to save group certificates whilst using the system on a desktop.

The quickest way to save copies of a group certificate is to click/tap on the 'Save' button on the Confirmation page:


A separate certificate for each child will be downloaded simultaneously into a .Zip file.
Click/tap to open the .Zip file and extract the certificates (this will enable you to choose where the certificates are saved on your device).
