To save a copy of a certificate, do the following:
- Locate the child, whose certificate you wish to save, by scrolling through the list or using the search or filter tools on the Achievements page.
- Click/tap on the numbered circle in the 'Achievements' column. For example:
- Scroll through the child's certificates and click/tap on the one you wish to save. The certificate preview will be displayed:
- Click/tap on the 'Save' button.
- A .PNG file will begin downloading onto your device.
- Once the file has downloaded, click to open it and choose where you would like the file to be saved on your device.
Saving Group Certificates
Please note: You are only able to save group certificates whilst using the system on a desktop.
The quickest way to save copies of a group certificate is to click/tap on the 'Save' button on the Confirmation page:
A separate certificate for each child will be downloaded simultaneously into a .Zip file.
Click/tap to open the .Zip file and extract the certificates (this will enable you to choose where the certificates are saved on your device).
