Saving Assessments


To save a copy of a child's assessment, do the following:
  1.  Click/tap on the 'View' button on the View Assessments tile on the Assessments Menu page:



    This will open the Assessments List page.



  2.  Locate the child, whose assessment you wish to save, by scrolling through the list or using the search or filter tools.
  3.  Click/tap on the first numbered circle to view the child's completed assessments. For example: 



  4.  Click/tap on the Download  button next to the assessment you wish to save.
  5.  A list of options will be displayed:



  6.  Click/tap on the 'Save' option.
  7.  A PDF file will begin downloading onto your device.
  8.  Once the file has downloaded, click to open it and choose where you would like the file to be saved on your device.
