Room Unsuitable

Room Unsuitable

When you schedule sessions for a child, you will need to review the child's room movements. If you notice one of the room movements shows as 'Unsuitable' this means that the child is too old to be placed in any of your rooms. For example:

To resolve this issue, follow the steps below:

Check the Leaving Ages of Children:
  1.  Click on the Settings button and select 'Configuration:

  2.  In the Child Details tab, review the 'Normal Leaving Date' settings:

  3.  If you make any changes to these settings, click on the 'Save' button.

Check the Room Configuration:
  1.  Click on the 'Rooms and Ratios' tab:

  2.  Review the 'Min. Age' and 'Max. Age' columns for each of your rooms and check that you have a room with a maximum age that will accommodate the child.
  3.  If you need to change these settings, click on the 'Edit' button for a room, change the maximum age of children allowed in the room and click on the 'Save' button.
Once you have completed these steps, you should no longer encounter this issue as all children will have a suitable room to move into.
