Reports Menu
The Reports section of Footsteps 2 features a menu page where you are able to run a variety of new and improved reports.
The following reports are available:
- Learning Journey Report
This report shows a record of a child's learning and development in a timeline.
This report can only be run for one child at a time. - Progress 2021 Report
This report has been created for the updated EYFS 2021 guidance and shows a child's progress within each EYFS area over a 12 month period.
This report can only be run for one child at a time. - Next Steps Report
This report shows all of the next steps a child is working towards.
This report can only be run for one child at a time. - Statement Gaps 2021 Report
This report has been created for the updated EYFS 2021 guidance and shows any gaps in the EYFS which a child is yet to complete.
This report can only be run for one child at a time. - Progress Report
This report is based on the old Development Matters guidance and shows a child's progress within each EYFS area and aspect on a given date, and over a 12 month period.
This report can be run for either an individual child or a group/cohort of children. - Learning Overview Report
This report shows you the age bands children are working on for each EYFS aspect on a given date.
This report can be run for either an individual child or a group/cohort of children. - Statement Gaps Report
This report shows any gaps in the EYFS which a child is yet to complete.
This report can only be run for one child at a time. - Tracker Report
This report shows a child's progress over time within each EYFS area.
This report can be run for either an individual child or a group/cohort of children. - Wellbeing & Involvement Report
This report shows any changes to a child's levels of wellbeing and involvement over time.
This report can be run for either an individual child or a group/cohort of children.
If you have decided not to track Leuven Scales as part of an observation, this report will not be available on the Reports Menu page. - Characteristics of Effective Learning (CoEL) Report
This report shows how many times each of the Characteristics of Effective Learning have been selected during observations.
This report can be run for either an individual child or a group/cohort of children.
If you have decided not to track Characteristics of Effective Learning as part of an observation, this report will not be available on the Reports Menu page.
