Adding Products
To set-up the different products you offer, do the following:
- Click on the Settings button and select 'Products':
This will display the 'Products' page: - Click on the 'Add' button
This will enable the fields on the right-hand side of the page: - Enter a product code (optional)
- Enter the product name (please note: this name will appear on your invoices)
- Enter a description of the product (optional)
- Enter the cost of the product.
If the cost of the product is likely to vary between children, leave the cost as £0.00 as this can be edited once you have added the product to a child's account. - Click on the 'Save' button.
- The product will now be listed in the table.
Repeat steps 2-7 until you have added all of the products you offer. For example:
