Adding Products

Adding Products

To set-up the different products you offer, do the following:

1. Click on the Settings button and select 'Products':
   
   
   
   This will display the 'Products' page: 
   
   
   
   
2.  Click on the 'Add' button  
    This will enable the fields on the right-hand side of the page:
   
   
   
   
3.  Enter a product code (optional)
   
4.  Enter the product name (please note: this name will appear on your invoices)
   
5.  Enter a description of the product (optional)
   
6.  Enter the cost of the product.
    If the cost of the product is likely to vary between children, leave the cost as £0.00 as this can be edited once you have added the product to a child's account.
7.  Click on the 'Save' button.
   
8.  The product will now be listed in the table.
    Repeat steps 2-7 until you have added all of the products you offer. For example:
