Printing Configuration

The Printing Configuration page will have been completed for you based on the information you entered into the Nursery Information Form, which was sent to you when you purchased Abacus.

This page is where you are able to view or change the details that are printed on your invoices, statements and letters; this can save you having to buy company headed paper as Abacus will print all of your details onto plain paper!

To view or change your details on the Printing Configuration page, do the following:

1.  Click on Settings and select 'Printing Configuration':

2.  Check your company and address details are correct. 
   
3.  Enter the name and job title of the person who should appear at the bottom of your letters / invoices / statements.
   
4.  Upload your company logo by clicking on the 'Add Logo' button .
    Your logo must be in either a .GIF or .JPG file format. 
   
5.  Choose if you want these details to be included on invoices, statements and letters by selecting the relevant checkboxes.
   
6.  If you are planning on using company headed paper when printing your invoices / statements / letters from Abacus, select the 'Remove Default Header' checkbox. 
   
7.  Click on the 'Save' button.
