Portal Release Notes 01/12/23


This release includes the following improvements:

New support ticketing system

A new way to raise support tickets has been added to Portal. This is part of a wider project to transform our software support tools. 




Email audit log changes

New ‘Invalid Email Address’ status

A new 'Invalid Email Address' status has been added to capture email addresses that are in an incorrect format. 



Open status removed.

The ‘Open’ email status has been removed from the audit log as the open status accuracy has been found to be inaccurate. This is something out of our control due to how different email providers work.

The Open status icon  has been replaced by a new successfully delivered status  .
