Permissions Granted Report


The Permissions Granted report shows the permissions that have been granted for each child, such as whether they are allowed to have their photo taken or go on outing. If a child has not been granted any permissions, they will not be included in the report.

To view the Permissions Granted report, do the following:
  1.  Click on the Reports button and select 'Children'.
     This will display the Reports Menu page:



  2.  Click on 'Permissions Granted'. 
     This will display the Report Selection page:



  3.  Choose if you want to run the report by room, or by permission type.
     If you select the 'Type' option, the report will also include contact details for each child's primary carer.
  4.  Click on the 'Export' button.
     The report will open in a separate window in your browser.
