There are no additional fees for using Parenta Pay feature. This means that you can take advantage of our Direct Debit payment collection service without incurring any extra costs from us. Our goal is to provide you with a convenient and cost-effective solution for managing your payments.


Understanding Stripe Charges

Parenta Pay is powered by Stripe, which is a reputable payment processor that charges a fee for handling transactions. The only fees you pay are Stripe's standard charges below:

New Direct Debit mandates: No cost.

Transaction Fees: 1% starting at 20p capped at £4.00

Payment disputes: A one off £5 payment dispute fee is charged if a parent raises a complaint regarding a payment collection.
