The Occupancy Opportunities report helps you to identify if there are any opportunities to accommodate extra children in your rooms without increasing your staffing costs. The report will look at the number of children with sessions booked, the number of staff required to look after these children based on your room ratios and the capacity of each of your rooms, to determine if there is an opportunity to increase your occupancy.
