Exporting Data from Nursery in a Box

Step 1 - Export list of children

1. In the grey taskbar, click Reports

2. Go to the Parent & Child section

3. Click Child Details - All registered children

4. Click the Export Icon

Step 2 - Export list of parent emails and phone numbers

1. Go back to Parent & Child section (step 2 above)

2. Click on each of the following sections and export the data:
  1. Parent Details - Email List Quick Date
  2. Mobile Numbers

You should now have the following three excel files:

  • Child details

  • Parent phone numbers

  • Parent emails

Addresses can unfortunately only be downloaded as a pdf. If you would like to import these as well, please add them manually to one of the files.
