Nationality Report

Nationality Report


The Nationality Report shows the nationality that has been assigned to each child. If a language has not been assigned to a child, on the 'Child Details' tab of the Child Summary page, they will not be included in the report. 

To view the Nationality Report, do the following:
  1.  Click on the Reports button and select 'Children'.
     This will display the Reports Menu page:



  2.  Click on 'Nationality Report'.
     This will display the Report Selection page:



  3.  Choose if you want to run the report by room or by nationality (type).
     If you select the 'Type' option, the report will also include contact details for each child's primary carer.
  4.  Click on the 'Export' button.
     The report will open in a new window in your browser. 
  5.  If you choose to run the report by room, an example of the report output is as follows:
