Monthly Room Occupancy Report
The Monthly Room Occupancy report shows a 12 month forecast of the expected occupancy levels in each of your rooms. The report will show occupancy levels as a percentage in each month for the selected rooms, along with an average forecast monthly occupancy percentage and an average forecast yearly occupancy percentage for your setting.
To view the Monthly Room Occupancy report, do the following:
- Click on the Reports button. This will display the Reports Menu page:
- Click on 'General' and select 'Monthly Room Occupancy'.
This will display the Report Selection page: - Choose if you want to run the report for all rooms, or if you want to view selected rooms only.
- Select the month and year you want the report to run from i.e. if I select March 2020 then the report will run for 12 months from March 2020 to February 2021.
- Choose if you want to include children who have left or who are on your waiting list in the report calculations.
- Choose if you want to exclude children who are on holiday or absent from the report calculations.
- Choose if you want to include a bar chart in the report.
- Click on the 'Go' button.
