Milk Report
The Milk Report shows how much you are eligible to reclaim for the milk you provide children in your care, based on the amount you have entered in Settings > Configuration > Invoice Details and the number of children scheduled to attend on each day of a selected month.
Before you run this report, make sure you have entered a cost for 1/3 of a pint of milk:
- Click on the Settings button and select 'Configuration':
- In the Invoice Details section, enter a cost into the '1/3 Pint of Milk Value' field:
- Click on the 'Save' button.
To view the Milk Report, do the following:
- Click on the Reports button and select 'Finance'.
This will display the Reports Menu page: - Click on 'Milk Report'.
This will display the Report Selection page: - Select a month and year to run the report for.
The report will only include days which your setting is open. - Select the minimum and maximum age of children you are able to claim for.
- Choose if you want to exclude children who are on holiday or absent from the report.
- Click on the 'Go' button.

The 'Quantity' column shows the number of children scheduled to attend on each day.
The amount you can reclaim is calculated by adding up the total of the 'Quantity' column and multiplied by the cost you entered in Settings > Configuration > Invoice Details.
