The Medical Report shows all of the medical conditions that have been recorded for each child. If a child does not have any medical conditions, they will not be included in the report.
To view the Medical Report, do the following:
- Click on the Reports button and select 'Children'.
This will display the Reports Menu page:

- Click on 'Medical Report'.
This will display the Report Selection page:

- Choose if you want to run the report by room or medical condition (type).
If you select the 'Type' option, the report will also include contact details for each child's primary carer. - Click on the 'Export' button.
The report will open in a separate window in your browser. - If you choose to run the report by room, an example of the report output is as follows:
