Welcome to our March Newsletter |
|
We’re excited to share the newest features, updates, and launches that we’ve been working on over the past month. 2-Year-Old Funding Eligibility It's now possible to book funding for children aged 2 years old by default, as part of our funding improvements for the changes coming into effect from April 2024. The ‘Eligible at 2 years’ checkbox within Accounts > Discounts > Funding section has therefore been removed. |
|
|
Funding Eligibility Reports Children who are 2 years old now show on the report as eligible. Previously the report would only show 2 years old children if the ‘Eligible at 2 years’ checkbox was ticked within Children > Accounts > Discounts section. |
|
|
Accident Reports Accidents push notifications are now only shown in the Parent Portal newsfeed when ‘Show in Parent Portal’ option is selected! During March we will continue to work on bringing our customers more fantastic features and updates to improve your experience. Watch this space! |

March Focus: Future Proofing The Early Years Sector |
|
This month, we're all about sustainability and future proofing the early years sector. By using our software, you're already taking a big step towards reducing paper usage and manual administration, whilst maximising efficiency and occupancy in your childcare business.
Let’s explore other ways you can embrace sustainability this month. 1. Putting time aside to run our software’s revenue forecasting report to check long-term business viability
2. Add a new sustainability page into your website
Why Add A Sustainability Page?
1. Get and keep employees: Many young workers, particularly Millennials and Gen Z, want to work for eco-friendly companies.
2. Stand out: Showing you care about the environment can make your setting different from competitors.
3. Involve parents: Parents like knowing you are promoting these values of sustainability to the children.
4. Teach children: Learning about nature and the environment is important for their growth and development.
5. Looks good: Being green can improve your setting's image, both locally and nationally. Adding a sustainability page can make your setting more appealing to prospective parents AND employees.
Need help actioning this? Let our friendly websites team manage your website on your behalf and we'll do all the work! |
