Language Report

The Language Report shows each child's primary language. If a language has not been assigned to a child, on the 'Child Details' tab of the Child Summary page, they will not be included in the report. 

To view the Language Report, do the following:

1.  Click on the Reports button and select 'Children'. 
    This will display the Reports Menu page:
   
   
   
   
2.  Click on 'Language Report'.
    This will display the Report Selection page:
   
   
   
   
3.  Choose if you want to run the report by room or by language (type). 
    If you select the 'Type' option, the report will also include contact details for each child's primary carer.
4.  Click on the 'Export' button. 
    The report will open in a new window in your browser.
