To review and accept home observations, do the following:
- On the Observations menu, click/tap 'Carer/Home Observations' tile.
2. All Parent Portal home observations submitted will be listed. Click/tap to open the home observation.
3. The home observation description and any uploaded evidence will be displayed to review and apply any EYFS matters, CoEl, Leuven Scales or Next steps.
4. To accept the home observation, click 'Submit for Approval' or 'Complete Observation' depending on your permission level.
The observation will now be assigned to the child in 'Recorded Observations' and displayed on the parents Parent Portal news feed - unless it was submitted by a user that requires approval. In which case the observation will be moved into the 'Awaiting Approval' tile and follow the current approval process.
