Funding Eligibility Report


The Funding Eligibility Report shows details of all registered children who are eligible to receive funding and if they have been set-up in Abacus ready to receive the funding.

To view the Funding Eligibility Report, do the following:
  1.  Click on the Reports button and select 'Finance'.
     This will display the Reports Menu page:



  2.  Click on 'Funding Eligibility Report'.
     This will display the Report Selection page:



  3.  Choose if you want to run the report for all children or children within a specific age band.
  4.  Select the date you want the report to start from.
  5.  Choose if the report is sorted by child name or by date of birth. 
  6.  Ensure either the 'Both' or 'Hourly' option is selected; 'Sessional' is an old style of funding which should only be used to run historical reports. 
  7.  Click on the 'Go' button.
