This release contains the following improvements:

Whilst creating an observation, if you select a New Level for a development matter which is the same as the child's Last Observed Level and that level was set more than 60 days ago an alert will be displayed.

Recorded observations are now correctly ordered by date, newest to oldest. 

Observations and assessments on these pages can now be sorted by date by clicking/tapping on the 'Date' column heading. 

We have also worked on other bug fixes and performance improvements.
