Fee Planner Report

Fee Planner Report


The Fee Planner Report is to be used alongside our Fee Planner service. This report shows the name and status of all children who have been allocated a Fee Planner number in Abacus; you are able to include each child's account balance if you wish.

To view the Fee Planner Report, do the following:
  1.  Click on the Reports button and select 'Finance'.
     This will display the Reports Menu page:



  2.  Click on 'Fee Planner Report'.
     This will display the Report Selection page:



  3.  Choose if you want to the report to include registered children only, waiting list children only, left children only or all children. 
  4.  Choose how you want the report to be sorted.
  5.  Select if you want to the report to show each child's account balance.
  6.  Click on the 'Go' button.
