Exporting Data from Famly

1. Click on the cog icon (Settings) at the bottom left of your screen
   
2. Select Data management 
   
3. Click Export data 
   
4. Click Request Export. You will receive a notification when the export is complete and ready to access within the Data management tab. 
   
5. Send this file to customerservice@parenta.com
