Family

The Family page shows key personal details held for parents and children. The parent can use this section to make sure their details are up-to-date. If any details need updating, they can request changes through the app.

                                    

Information regarding the child's allergies, dietary requirements, medical conditions, immunisations and permissions are also possible to view and request changes. 

                                    

A list of the child's carers can also be found on the family page. This will show the name of each carer, along with their relationship to the child. It will also show if they are marked as someone with parental responsibility, emergency contact permission. 

 

Please Note: For security reasons, parents will only be able to see the information that relates to themselves specifically. If for example, a mother and a father are no longer together – they will not be able to see each other’s address or contact details.
