Email Configuration

Email Configuration


The Email Configuration page is where you are able to create templates which are emailed to parents/carers with their invoices / statements / letters. 

To add a new email template, do the following:
  1.  Click on the Settings button and select 'Email Configuration':



  2.  Enter the content of the email into the text box; you can use the different formatting options to customise the template (e.g. change the font, font size, font colour, make text bold or italic etc.)
  3.  If there is a part of the email which contains a variable, such as the parent's/carer's name or the child's account balance, you can insert a custom field into the template: 



    The system will automatically populate custom fields with the relevant information.
    The example below shows the difference between the email template and the email a parent/carer would actually receive:

  4.  Once you have finished creating your template, give it a name and click on the 'Save' button.
  5.  You will be able to view or amend any templates you have created by selecting one from the 'Predefined Template' dropdown.
