Editing and Deleting Session Types

Editing & Deleting Session Types


Please note: You will not be able to edit the start and end time of a session type or change the meals that are included as this will affect any sessions that have already been scheduled based on the session type. 

To edit a session type, do the following:
  1.  Click on the Settings button and select 'Session Types':



    This will display the Session Types page:



  2.  Click on the 'Edit' button  for a session type. The form on the right-hand side of the page will show the details of the session type. For example: 



  3.  You are able to edit the name of the session type, the age groups and hourly / custom cost, archive the session type or add / amend any notes. 

     Please note: If you are editing the hourly / custom cost of the session type, please ensure that you have invoiced all sessions at the old rate before you update your fees.
     Once the costs have been changed, all scheduled sessions will be invoiced based on the new rates you have entered, regardless of when the sessions were booked.
     No existing invoices will be affected. 

  4.  After you have made your changes, click on the 'Update' button. 


Deleting Session Types:

If you need to delete a session type from your Abacus system, please send a message to our Customer Services team at customerservice@parenta.com , submit a support ticket, or give us a call on 0800 002 9242.
