Disable Two-Factor Authentication (2FA)



If you need to turn off two-factor authentication, please do the following:

1. Click on your user profile in Portal and click "Two-factor".



2. Click "Disable two-factor" on the pop up.



3. Two-factor authentication is now disabled. You will no longer be required to enter a 6-digit code to login. 




Disabling Two-factor authentication for someone else (Admin users only)
To disable two-factor authentication for another user, please do the following: 

1. Go to Portal > User Management 
2. Click to edit the user and click "Disable two-factor".



3. Click "Disable two-factor" to confirm.

 

4. Two-factor authentication is now disabled. They will no longer be required to enter a 6-digit code to login.
