Detailed Weekly Room Register


The Detailed Weekly Room Register report is a variation of the Weekly Room Register, showing the actual session times each child is due to attend.
If a child is scheduled to be on holiday during the week the register is run for you will see a 'H' next to their session times. If a child has been marked as absent prior to running the report you will see an 'A' next to their session times. If a child has been marked as absent or on holiday, they will be excluded from the 'Total Number of Children Expected'.

To view the Detailed Weekly Room Register, do the following:
  1.  Click on the Reports button and select 'Rooms'.
     This will display the Reports Menu page:



  2.  Click on 'Detailed Weekly Room Register'.
     This will display the Reports Selection page:



  3.  Select a week to run the report for.
  4.  Choose if the register is run for a room, age group or charge band.
  5.  Customise the content of the report by selecting whether the following information is included:
    1. Child's key person
    2. Child's age
    3. Child's date of birth
    4. Shaded days when a child is not due to attend
    5. Comments line
    6. Non-working days
  6.  Choose if the report is grouped by room name or age band.
  7.  Choose if the report is sorted by child first name, date of birth or key person.
  8.  Click on the 'Go' button.
