Deposit Details Report

The Deposit Details report shows details of all deposits that have been taken from a child's parent/carer, including the deposit amount and the date it is due to be repaid. 

To view the Deposit Details report, do the following:

1.  Click on the Reports button and select 'Children'.
    This will display the Reports Menu page:
   
   
   
   
2.  Click on 'Deposit Details'. 
    This will display the Report Selection page:
   
   
   
   
3.  Choose if you want the report to include all deposits, show the date deposits were taken (Date Paid), show any deposits due to be repaid within a selected date range (Date Due), or deposits that have been repaid.
   
4.  Select the start date and end date to run the report for.
   
5.  Choose if you want to run the report for all of your rooms or a specific room.
   
6.  Click on the 'Go' button.
