Daily Summary Register

Daily Summary Register


The Daily Summary Register prints a list of all children due to attend today. The report will show the child's name, date of birth, session times and meals required, along with space for a parent/carer or staff member to sign and print their name on drop-off and pick-up.

To view the Daily Summary Register, do the following:
  1.  Click on the Reports button and select 'Children'.
     This will display the Reports Menu page:



  2.  Click on 'Daily Summary Register'.
     This will display the Report Selection page:



  3.  Choose if you want to run the report by rooms, age groups or charge bands. 
  4.  Choose if you want the report sorted by room name, child name or by the time children are due to attend.
  5.  Click on the 'Go' button.
