Daily Room Register

Daily Room Register


The Daily Room Register shows the children due to attend in each room on a selected date. The register includes each child's name, date of birth and session times, along with a space for staff/parents to write-in the actual arrival and departure times, sign and print their names. 

To view the Daily Room Register, do the following:
  1.  Click on the Reports button and select 'Rooms'.
     This will display the Reports Menu page:



  2.  Click on 'Daily Room Register'.
     This will display the Report Selection page:



  3.  Choose if you want to generate the register for a room, age group or charge band.
  4.  Select a date to run the register for.
  5.  Choose if you want the register sorted by child's first name, surname or date of birth.
  6.  Click on the 'Go' button.
