Completing Enquiries


To complete an enquiry, do the following:
  1.  Click on the Families button and select 'Enquiries':



  2.  Select the enquiry you wish to complete.
  3.  Click on the Complete Enquiry button  
     The 'Complete Enquiry' form will be displayed in a new window:




  4.  Select if the enquiry was converted or lost. 
  5.  If the enquiry was successful, enter the date it was converted and select the reason for success and the status of the enquiry. 
     Please note: You are able to customise the options in the 'Reason for Success' field by going to Settings > Data Lists and selecting the 'Enquiry Converted' list. 
  6.  If the enquiry was unsuccessful, enter the date it was lost and select the reason for losing the enquiry. 
      Please note: You are able to customise the options in the 'Reason for Failure' field by going to Settings > Data Lists and selecting the 'Enquiry Lost' list. 
  7.  Click on the 'Process' button. 
  8.  If you have converted the enquiry, all of the parent/carer and child details will be copied into the Add Family form:



    Ensure that all fields marked with a red asterisk * are completed and click on the 'Save' button. 

  9.  If the enquiry was lost, it will be added to the 'Lost Enquiries' list. You can view these by clicking on the 'Lost Enquiries' button
