Contract Not Signed Report

 The Contract Not Signed report shows a list of all registered children who are yet to return their contract. The report also includes contact details for the child's primary carer. 

To view the Contract Not Signed report, do the following:

1.  Click on the Reports button. This will display the Reports Menu page:
   
   
   
   
2.  Click on 'General' and select 'Contract Not Signed'.
    This will display the Report Selection page:
   
   
   
   
3.  Choose if you want the report sorted by child start date or by child name. 
   
4.  Click on the 'Go' button.
