Contact List Report

Contact List Report


The Contact List Report shows the contact details of the primary carer for each child registered at your setting. The report includes the carer's name, relationship, contact phone numbers, address and email address. You will also be able to see which children are due to attend on the day you run the report. 

To view the Contact List Report, do the following:
  1.  Click on the Reports button and select 'Rooms'.
     This will display the Reports Menu page:



  2.  Click on 'Contact List'. 
     This will display the Report Selection page:



  3.  Choose how you would like the report to be sorted.
  4.  Click on the 'Go' button.
