Birthday List Report

The Birthday List report shows the birthdays of all children within a selected month or year, along with the age they will be on their birthday and the room they are likely to be in, based on their scheduled room movements.

To view the Birthday List report, do the following:

1.  Click on the Reports button and select 'Children'.
    This will display the Reports Menu page:
   
   
   
   
2.  Click on 'Birthday List'.
    This will display the Report Selection page:
   
   
   
   
3.  Choose if you want to include all rooms in the report or select specific rooms.
   
4.  Choose if you want to see all birthdays in a selected month, or all birthdays in a year.
   
5.  Select the year you want to run the report for.
   
6.  Click on the 'Go' button. 
    An example of the report output is as follows:
   
   
   
   If you selected the option 'All Months', the report will contain a separate page for each month that has birthdays in that year.
