Aged Balance Report Monthly Outstanding

The Aged Balance Monthly Outstanding report shows the spend to date for each child at your setting along with their current account balance. The report also includes a monthly breakdown of any debt on a child's account. 

To view the Aged Balance Report, do the following:

1.  Click on the Reports button and select 'Finance'. 
    This will display the Reports Menu page:

2.  Click on 'Aged Balance Report Monthly Outstanding'.
    This will display the Report Selection page:
   
   
   
   
3.  Choose if you want the report sorted by current spend, account balance, or alphabetically by child first name or surname.
   
4.  Select if you want to exclude children with 0 balance or minus balance accounts from the report.
   
5. Click on the 'Go' button.
