Track Payment Collections
To view past payment collections and their collection status, please do the following:
1. Within Portal > Administration > Parenta Pay, click on Activity page.
Here you can see each Stripe payment collection with the following details:
- Stripe transaction reference number
- Bill payer name
- Amount
- Status
- Date of payment
2. To access your Stripe account, click 'Stripe Dashboard' button at the top of the page.
